I'm trying to get a free trial to decide if I want to use it for my business. I've made an account, but every time I try to log in it says "you are already logged into another machine" when I definitely am not. Can anyone help me with this?

Hi, That error message usually occurs when videoscribe crashes or loses internet connection. (It used to occur , and maybe still does, when a laptop went into power saver mode and disabled the network card temporarily). Waiting for 5 minutes may allow you to log in again.
