I cannot IMPORT the festive scribe templates. I read MATTHEW COOK's reply above; however, since I'm a novice to Sparkol, some of the terminology doesn't make sense to me.
If you're on the canvas
???? Canvas ???? Where is the canvas?
Also, what is the PROJECT SCREEN?
Sorry for the "kindergarten questions," but I haven't a clue concerning your instructions. Maybe it's the English vs American explanation. When I download the templates from the EMAIL SENT TO ME and try importing them with my Video Scribe, I'm unable to open them from the DOWNLOADS on my iMac. I also saved the downloaded template into a separate folder on my computer and that also failed to open.
Please explain how to get the templates from my email into Video Scribe.
Thanks, Elizabeth

Hi,
1) when you have a scribe project open, the big blank white space on which you arrange your images and text is called the CANVAS 2) when you first login to videoscribe, the screen that shows thumbnail images of your previously saved scribe projects is the PROJECT SCREEN
3) you can't just click or double click the downloaded templates to open them. 4) watching the tutorial videos on the INSTANT ANSWERS page will help you learn the basics
