I have a problem, I made my videoscribe in the free versión (7days) and I want to download it, but I cannot do it, if I am not Pro. Also, I can not post it on Facebook or YouTube.
Please, If u can tell me a solution. What can i do?

Hi, (if your 7 day trial is over then you have to buy a pro membership)
4) you can save your work file online and tell support the name of it if you want them to take a look at it.
5) Click the "RAISE A TICKET" button at the top of the page if you want to contact support directly.

i create my won video ,, and when i try to "render" my video to you-tube
the video seems that it downloaded to you-tube and i waited more than 45 minutes
then error window appear that i cant publish this video
and i don't know why
Although it has been posted on Facebook but the sound is confusingly and picture is very bad
its too confused that my video can't be downloaded !

I've been up most of the night trying to convert my work into video and after waiting 50 mins, nothing happened. Getting frustrated after trying 5 times to convert to wmv or flv. I really need my work, Any suggestions?

Can
you rename and save your scribe project.
If
you close and open VideoScribe again.
Open
the project you renamed and try to publish it to Youtube.

2) how to save or export your scribe work file:

3) tips to solve problems with your scribe freezing, not rendering, not saving etc:
