I´ve working successfully with VideoScribe the last 3 days and I´m really happy!!! I´ve uploaded three videos to Youtube for my students. But, yesterday, I finished another Scribe and I tried to export it as a WMV and it doesn´t export it completely. My scribe takes 3,24 minutes but it is exported until 2 and some seconds... Iand I need it in its full version.
I saved this scribe the Sparkol Cloud Space with the name "FASE 0 A". Could you examine it and tell me what´s wrong with it?
(The easiest thing to try is to save your scribe with a new name, restart videoscribe and then try to render the new copy with a different video format.)

I've seen a few issues logged when trying to export to WMV files. I just created my first scribe, 5 mins long. I created a .MOV file from it but it reports a "failed to render" issue with WMV. Is there still no fix for this? My main concern is the file size (over 300Mb for a 5 min video)

Hi, Failure to render probably indicates that something could organized or optimized better in your project. I'm not sure exactly why WMV tends to fail more easily than MOV but probably something related to memory usage.
Hopefully at some point Sparkol will have an opportunity to upgrade the component of the software that has the memory limitation, so we users can be a little less careful with our file preparation, but for now the guidelines in this updated version of the previously linked thread will help ensure success: TIPS to avoid crashes, freezes, failure to render or erratic behavior (2015)
WMV will be bigger than MOV I believe. you can publish to sho.co and download it as an MP4 which will be smaller I think.
Or you can use some free video editing software to re-render it to a smaller file size
