Ive had videoscribe on my ipad for just over a year and had not used it for a few months.
When i began using it again i could not enter text onto the white wall yet every other instruction works. I tried downloading it again but the problem persists. Any suggestions

Hi Richard,
Sorry you have this issue.
It can sometimes happen when VideoScribe has an issue importing a font.
Then you will need to uninstall VideoScribe and install it again.
Please note that doing this will clear all locally stored VideoScribe projects and data so it is important that you back up the scribes to the online directory.
