It sounds like there is a problem with one of the following: 1) your scribe, 2) your internet connection, or 3) your youtube channel
For youtube, You have to have a youtube channel the channel has to be verified by email the channel has to be public.
If you have done those three things, try saving your work with a new name, restarting videoscribe and rendering it again.
If that doesn't work, save your work online and RAISE A TICKET and support will get back to you when their business hours resume.

Here's how you can check to make sure your youtube channel and your internet connection are okay:
if your scribe won't render to youtube, but you are able to make a NEW scribe with just ONE image and it successfully uploads to youtube, then there is probably a problem with your other scribe.

Thank you Mike, I tried to make all those choices and no one had worked. I tried also to upload to another youtube channel but also without success.
Tks again for all efforts, I'll try 'raise a ticket'.

I saved the project in the MAC, loaded it in the Windows 8.1 and then uploaded to YouTube.
I have tried 5 times with the same message:

Currently using a trial version. Is it normal?1) your scribe,
2) your internet connection, or
3) your youtube channel
