I think it would be a great idea for the video scribe team to do a weekly live office hours for customers so we can get help on things that are troubling us. You could record them and put them on your website.
Then we could all learn from one another's issues, and not feel like we have to type all of our problems out (which is kind of tedious).
I for one would think this idea would go a long way towards customer support, and the hour you guys invest in the Weekly Live Office Hours will be re-couped with less support issues and time spent on the same things over and over. To me its a no-brainer to do this.
