Nothing built into the software, you would need to render the video locally and upload manually or upload to YouTube and tweet a link.

Which size and format (from the downloading options we have in VideoScribe) would work better for Twitter.I would like to upload directly from my desktop

You should probably Google Twitter's requirements and then choose a video size and format based on your findings.
