I would like to be able to tab through the different values (animate, pause, transition) or AT LEAST be able to hit "enter" after I enter a value and not close the whole properties dialog box. [Click animate time and get the values box -- if I hit enter, I leave the whole properties dialog and have to reopen it in order to change the pause time.]
I *hate* that there are no keyboard shortcuts, but the fact that I have to edit the animation properties of EACH image one at a time and then EACH value one at a time WITH MY MOUSE is enough to have me searching for a better option to do my videos. Maybe there isn't one, but I may be willing to pay more to be able to get the job done in a fraction of the time.

I agree with Laura about the need to be able to edit multiple obects at the same time (select more than one to change the same property)
Keyboard shortcuts would be nice, too.
