Whatever quality issue you are seeing in your video, setting the "quality" to 4000 probably will not fix it , but something else will. There are a variety of possible problems and solutions.
I'd recommend that you: 1) describe the problem clearly 2) indicate which images are having the problem 3) attach the images and .scribe file here, or save your work to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it if you want them to look at it. 4) attach the video here or provide a link to the video

Your best chance is to upscale your 1080p to 4k with something like Adobe Media Encoder as I doubt VideoScribe will have 4k exports for a long time.
