Everything else is fine, except one part of the video where it skips a section of texts. Help please!

1) You may want to save your scribe work file to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it. (They work during UK business hours monday-friday usually)
2) does the text show up when you play the scribe in preview mode?
3) maybe you accidentally deleted the text or 4) moved the text to a place that is not "on-camera" or 5) set the camera to look somewhere else while the text is being drawn

It does show up when I look at the preview. How can I check where the camera is set to look?

If it shows up in the preview mode then the camera is probably set correctly, and you should see it in the rendered video too.
You could try saving it, closing videoscribe, then opening videoscribe and trying to render the video again, but if the problem continues, you should probably save your work to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it.
