I have tried several times, deleted stuff I imported and even tried taking down the quality..this is my first and I just don't understand why 1 minute is taking so long to download and ultimately crashing

Hi,
Short answer: there is probably something about your scribe
that is causeig videoscribe to exceed its maximum memory usage
(approximately 1.4-1.7 GB). Save your scribe (work file, not video)
online and tell customer support the name of it if you would like them
to look at it. The following links may help you avoid that kind of
problem in the future:
If you save your work to the online cloud folder I can download it and take a look for you. I can see if I can publish it to YouTube for you so you can use it.
