i have read a bunch of these forum questions about the issues with powerpoint 2010. the problem i am having is that some of my videos are playing, yet others are not? i have a presentation of about 36 slides. i would say about a little over half will play fine. the others show "media unavailable" and won't play. this is extremely important as i was creating this presentation as a text presentation and if it isn't 100% reliable, i won't be able to use it in the future. i am on a trial version. can you please help??

We would need to see the PowerPoint file to run some tests and see what's causing this. I believe you have logged a support ticket with us so can you please either attach the file here or to that ticket and we will take a look.
