I have text in my video that is laid over an image background. my scribe goes back and forth overlaying an image, then text, then a new image, then more text, etc...
On preview, it works just fine and looks great; however, when I try to render a video, the all text components layer over each other and become illegible.
I have tried restarting, re-uploading, and have ensured that all my pictures and zoom settings are within the median recommended parameters. Any thoughts?
Hi, Possibly just too many layers causing the symptom. It's better to move to an empty part of the canvas to add new images, instead of stacking.
However, you can save your scribe to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it if you would like them to look at it for you.

We would need to see the scribe project to be sure, as Mike said please save it online or export it and attach it here. Once it's available let us know and we'll take a look.
