Problems with publishing videoscribe

  • Hi,

I am having problems publishing my videoscribe online (the sho.co option). Each time it finishes publishing and I watch it, elements of my scribe are in the wrong order. They tend to be 'invisable' when they are meant to appear, but show up later in the video in a really random spot and often layered behind or close to other text. I have double checked that everything is okay in my videoscribe project and it appears to be. I have now tried publishing it online 4 times and each time it seems to happen, although it happens to different parts of the videoscribe each time.

The weird thing is that it publishes just fine when I save it to the computer. So this tells me that there is likely a problem in the publishing/uploading stage.

Any ideas on how to fix it? It's incredibly annoying and time consuming trying to fix it and re-publish it and having the same thing keep happening. I do need to have it saved online as its a large video (16 mins) that I need to email a link to my work colleagues for. The file that is saved to my computer is 560MB and obviously too big to email.

Any ideas what is going on or how to fix it?

    Thanks

  •  Hi,

This sounds like the problem and the solution described in this thread: http://help.videoscribe.co/support/discussions/topics/11000003752

(Don't use "move-in" with a zero animation time in current (May 2016) versions of videoscribe. If you want a zero animation time, use "draw" instead of move-in. If you want to use move-in, use an animation time greater than zero.)

If you continue to have trouble, you should probably save your work file to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it.
