(describe the problem more thoroughly, including any error messages or other symptoms you see. save your project to the cloud and tell customer support the name of it if you want their help.)
If you think it might be a problem with the scribe, make a new short scribe with just one library image and try to publish it to youtube. If that doesn't work then there is probably a problem with the channel and not the scribe... If the new short scribe publishes correctly, then there is a problem with the other scribe.
If you think it might be a problem with your youtube channel, make sure you have a personal channel and not a business channel, go through the verification process again and complete it. Or make a new channel. It has to be a personal channel and not a business channel, click the correct link to verify it by email, then open the email and follow the instructions completely.
