el programa se quedó pegado, y se cerró automaticamente, y mi presentación se borro!!! no hay manera de recuperarla????

Usually if the program crashes and you have to close it... When you start it again, it should ask you if you want to recover the file you were making. If you say yes then it restores an auto saved version. If you say no then it deletes the auto saved version.
if you aren't very good at avoiding crashes, be sure to save your work more often. save a local copy and save a copy online. and save several versions with different names if you need to.

Videoscribe usually will not crash unless you are doing something to cause out-of-memory problems.
