Videoscribe to ppt

It saved and all but once i saved it and played as a ppt it only had part of it on there and the rest of the scribe wasn't there. What do i do?

save your project to the cloud folder and ask customer support to look at it.

close and re-open videoscribe and try publishing it to powerpoint again
