When I open some scribes they open with the text and images all over the place, overlapping, etc. When I play it it's a complete mess with supersize text showing only 2 or 3 letters at a time, text rows mis-aligned or overlapping, etc. Anyone know what's going on?

This may be something I posted elsewhere but if not it is
nevertheless a problem I have. To answer you as best I can:
mac
or pc? - PC
what version number? - 2.3.6 (though some
scribes will have been created in 2.3.4 and 2.3.5)
did you recently change versions, and
when? - see above. Changed to latest version maybe 4/5/6 months ago
are you using more than one computer? -
Yes, I often create on a laptop, save the scribe to a USB, take to work and
continue production on a desktop PC. I sometimes then repeat the process back
to the USB and then continue on a second laptop.
how long have you been using videoscribe ?
- 18 months +
have you made scribe successfully before?
- yes, several

text bug still exists in version 2.3.6 change your zero animation times to .1 (or use version 2.2.5)
If you save one of the scribes that you are having this issue with to your online directory (cloud icon) and then load up that scribe from your cloud folder (as opposed to the locally saved version), does the same thing happen?

Hi Nick,
