Live preview for white board video

Hello,

 

Is there any way to live stream whiteboard video when some instructor is giving speech?

Not to show instructor just have to show what he/she giving message on white board video.

Please Help me if any options is there

if you want to live-stream that video with a person talking, you would consult the makers of the streaming site/software for instructions.

A google search for live stream sites or software would be a good place to start.
