VideoScribe Online Services Outage - 28th of February 2017

  • Yesterday, users will have experienced problems whilst trying to use online services from any Sparkol products, including VideoScribe and Tawe from around 6 - 10pm UK time.

    This would include:

    • accessing the online image and soundtrack library
    • saving/loading scribes from online storage
    • publishing scribes to YouTube, Facebook and 
    This issue has occurred due to a fault with AWS web servers that has since been resolved.
    We advise users experiencing any of these issues to save their work locally and restart.
    If the issues still occur, please raise a support ticket and we will be able to assist you further.
