I've found, since downloading VideoScribe a couple of weeks ago, that it very often freezes on autosave. It does this at least once (and usually more) in every session of use, so it's not an isolated event. I find myself holding my breath every time it saves, to see if it completes.
I would turn off the autosave, but I can work for hours without remembering to save regularly and am concerned that it may fail on manually saving too.
I've been through my scribe and checked it out. Everything seems ok and the animation works fine.
I wouldn't mind so much if this was free software, but I think it's a definite issue with subscription-ware and it looks like I'm not the only one having the problem. I'm running Win 10 with 8GB ram.
Any ideas please?

Either 1) save your project to the cloud folder and Raise a Ticket to ask customer support to look at it, or 2) save your project as a .scribe file and attach it here if you want videoscribe users to try to help you.
