You can't open scribes in your web browser.
Run the videoscribe program, login, then click the cloud folder and open the scribes in videoscribe.

You can download online saved scribes from your web browser at my.sparkol.com/online-scribes. Is this where you are seeing the html code? If you do as Mike suggested, are you able to access the scribes?

No, you can no longer log into videoscribe to access your projects with a free trial after the trial period ends. However if you pay for a subscription, you can continue where you left off.
