Last time I used Videoscribe was in Feb 2017 - that version of videoscribe was good.
In the present version 3.0.2-7 installed now the "Add Image" options takes long time to load, most of the time it doesn't load and we have to shut and restart the application again and again. Also, I am more familiar with the placement of options in previous version than this new one.
Any idea - how to install the previous version?

Hi Rajeshkumar,
Thanks for your feedback on version 3.0. It will help us if you could report if you have any of the same issues or not after installing the previous version (2.3.7).

Hi Mike,
Thank you for the link. I should have searched for similar queries in community forum before posting a new topic. I was able to delete new version and install the older version 2.3.7
Hi Matthew, As mentioned earlier, I was able to uninstall the new version and install the older version. The older version works great, no issues with the Add Image feature.
