I just purchased VideoScribe Pro, but the Free version is all I have access to. Where do I open the one that I paid for.
I've tried relogging in, redownloading, restarting my entire computer. I'm using the right email address but it still is not working and I don't have any access to the features. Every time I log in again it's the same Free version and I need to download a .mov version BY TONIGHT. Please Help.

Hi Eleanor,
I see that your account is showing as Pro (you have a subscription) and you have logged in as a Pro subscriber since posting this. If you are still having issues rendering your scribe as a MOV file, make sure you refer to the instructions in the article Render and share scribesto make sure you are doing it correctly. If you are following the correct procedure, please let me know what happens when you try to render your scribe as a MOV file. If any messages are displayed, what do they say?

Just going to throw this out there: There are images in the library that are uploaded and sold by videoscribe members. Those images are not the property of videoscribe so no users get those images for free.
That subject is a point of confusion from time to time, so if that's the feature you think you are missing, it is working as intended.

You just login with the account information that you used to purchase the subscription, and continue using it.
If you were already logged into videoscribe when you purchased the membership. Log out and log back in.
