I am able to export my file and save it under my desktop. However, when I click it in my desktop, it says "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file." Is there a way that you can send me the video file? I saved it onto the online cloud under Krispy Kreme video (HS). I need to send it to someone who does not have the video scribe app so I need it to be a video file.
Thanks

A .scribe file is not a video file. You cannot play it in a video player. You can only open a .scribe file in videoscribe.
If you are paying user, you can render avi, wmv and mov video files by clicking the "download or publish your video" icon in the upper right corner. all users can publish to youtube or facebook or powerpoint.
