first, I'm from Germany and my English is not the best. Yet I hope, my issue will be comprehensible through this text.
I have the following problem: I have an image (this blank white frame from the business category, next-to-last page), which shall appear at first, then after two seconds, a text is shown within this frame and after 6 seconds, another frame shall appear directly under the first one with another text appearing inside after two seconds and so on. So, all the elements should appear one after another, which they do within the videoscribe software. But after the video download, the following happens: The first frame image appears, and after two seconds, the first text and the second frame image appear simultaneously, which looks quite bad, because for 6 seconds there is the text, that people should focus on, and at the same time there is this second blank frame image, which is kinda distracting.
I really don't know why this happens and why it functions well when I play it in videoscribe, but after download, it is changed in this way
