It seems to be an optical illusion created by using a very dark custom hand, a black vignette effect around the edges, and everything else is just normal stuff.

Hi Sukhbir,
There is one font that is available in VideoScribe by default; it is called 'Basic'. You can import any font into VideoScribe that is installed on your computer. See Import fonts.
There are plenty of whiteboard marker style fonts around that you would be able to install on your computer and import into VideoScribe.
