is there any way that a copy of an unsaved project can be recovered. I worked on it for hours (yes I should have saved it) and then my computer froze. I logged in from another device and it wasn't there. Is there a chance it is still on your servers? I ran it on my computer. would there be a temp file or something that could recover it?
HELP!

If the software crashed or there was a power loss, the next time you log into VideoScribe on the same computer you were using to make the scribe, you will be able to load the project from the autosave backup.
If you closed the software without saving, it will not be possible to recover the scribe.
If you declined to load the scribe from the backup following the crash, after logging back in it will not be possible to recover the scribe.
