I have downloaded the videoscribe mobile version.when ihave opend it shows a help site bottun and content download i have wait for a ling time but its not opened.i have also tried to download it from many other platforms but the same problom occurs.

If you mean the android app, it is no longer supported by videoscribe so it will not work.
Use caution if you are downloading apps from websites other than the official websites (sparkol, apple or android /google).
