Is there any way to get rid of extra shapes while drawing? : VideoScribe

I'm creating my own pictures with pencil tool in Adobe Illustrator.
When I upload them to VideScribe with thin lines everything is ok, but when I upload pictures with thick lines I can see extra shapes while drawing. These extra shapes are the parts of different lines of my drawing.
I'm attaching process pictures, hope this will make sence :)

I opened the SVG in Illustrator, saved it with the following settings (save as, not export) and now it draws correctly.
