Trying to add some interaction to the video. Has anyone thought of a solution to do interactive Q&A in or at the end of the video?

Videoscribe exports regular video files. I'm pretty sure clickable links are not something that a (wmv, mov, avi) video file can do without external programming, add-ons, or website coding. So you should add that functionality using youtube, powerpoint, or website code.

Yes, all of the solutions are external programs, players or website code that you can learn about with a google search.
