Buenas noches, hoy he comprado una licencia de VideoScribe. Ya la tengo en el Mac. El problema lo tengo con el iPad. Al ver q no se actualizaba , la he borrado y descargado de nuevo. HE OERDIDO TODOS LOS VÍDEOS QUE TENIA. ME URGE RECUPERARLOS.
Por otro lado la versión del iPad no está actualizada a la pro con la misma cuenta.
Como lo hago?. Necesito ayuda! Gracias

The VideoScribe Anywhere app for iPads is completely separate from the VideoScribe application for your computer. There is no 'Pro' version for the iPad.
With regards to your missing videos, unless you have saved them to the online cloud, there would be no way of retrieving missing projects on the iPad
