D:\Downloads\New Folder\VideoScribe.exe is not a valid Win32 application

    When I install the app and try to open it, I get this:

    D:\Downloads\New Folder\VideoScribe.exe is not a valid Win32 application

    What should I do?

     I'm gonna guess that you downloaded the 64 bit application and tried to install it on a 32 bit operating system...


    download the right one.


    without more info, its hard to offer any other suggestions.

    Delete any downloaded versions in the downloads folder

    and download the new version here- https://www.videoscribe.co/en/download
