I ve been trying for days. Im on the free version getting near my dead line, not only of the free trial but for the proyect i ve made for my university. I NEED TO DOWNLOAD IT ASAP. I cant download it neither as a Quickmovie or Windows and i ve even tried the Vimeo and i cant load it. I NEED HELP ASAP!!

Save your project online and raise a ticket to get help from customer support.
Also export it as a .scribe file and attach it here if you want help from other users.
Provide a better description of the problem, including what steps you took to PUBLISH your video, specific symptoms you encountered and any error messages you are seeing.
