I can not login videoscribe after rendered a video.
I installed Videoscribe and used more than three weeks. Today, 12/11/2020, i rendered a video, and then i closed Videoscribe. About 30 minutes later, i opened Videscribe, but i can not login. see video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tw2P9WX9jXk&feature=youtu.be
I have remove and reinstalled many times in my computer, but it was the same.
