Hi. I have rendered 70+ scribes to sho.co, but I have one particular video that won't go. I am not getting an error, I get the confirmation email that my video is on its way, but it never goes through. I have tried now for a couple of weeks. The last time was 5 hours ago. It is a simple 5 minute scribe with audio. Help please...

Save the project online and raise a ticket. Customer support works During UK business hours M-F.
Also sometimes their server(s) get stuck on a render and have to be reset. If that's the case they'll probably notify you if you raise a ticket.
