I created a six minute scribe in a previous version of Videoscribe. I am trying to update this project with a slightly modified voiceover track and a few new graphics. However, I am unable to remove the old voice over track. It does not give me the option to delete the file as is customary. I can upload a new voiceover track, but it lays it over the top of the old track and now BOTH play at the same time. Who knew Videoscribe had multi-tracking possibilities! But, I must get that old voiceover track off. Any ideas or directions are appreciated. I am using the newest version of VS now.

Hi,
There is a music audio track and a voiceover audio track. You are probably adding audio files to both locations. If you can't sort out the problem, please save your work as a .scribe file and attach it her and somoe user or customer support will remove one or both audio tracks for you.
