Hello, can you please help me stop the automatic billing from my visa card. I already cancel my subscription but i always received a text message from my bank that you still keep on deducting an amount to my visa. lucky that it is insufficient fund that is why transaction is not successful.
If customer support has not already sorted this problem for you, be sure to raise a support ticket.
Also, if you made more than one account, you may want to log into each of them and click the account button to check the current account status and recent invoices.
Thirdly, you may want to double check that the charge on your card is from Sparkol and not some other company.
