Hello,
How can I have a text pulled apart incl. the appropriate hand movement? I imagine the whole thing as when you zoom in the text on a tablet. Is there a possibility here?

You can zoom on on different parts of the canvas without having any new elements draw on screen. We cover how to do that on this help page.
