I'm new to VideoScribe. I started a project then application froze. I restarted and now I can't login due to an Unknown Error. I restarted my computer too. Super frustrated since on a very tight deadline. Not a good start to this platform. Any ideas?
UPDATE: I finally after two more restarts, got it to work. Then, when I got called away due to a meeting, it froze again. Now the error is back and I can't log in again. Seems there is a bug in when the platform times out and creates some issue with logging back in. Any advice, please forward!
