It's 21 March 2022, 1100 HOURS PST. And i've been trying to login for the past 3 hours into videoscribe software but it's saying "Cannot login: An unknown error occurred" i've raised a ticket. I tried everything online but nothing is working i'm so frustrated right now.

Hello, we had an outage in the early hours of Tuesday, this was fixed by 7am (UK Time) and services have returned to normal
