I have not updgraded by VideoScribe desktop version for quite some time. Is it a bad idea to go from v3.9 to v3.11 in one step, or should I go to v3.9.7, then to v3.10, then to v3.11?

Hi Maggie- we'd recommend going straight to our latest version, 3.11.2. The latest version will include bug fixes and all the latest feature updates!
