I was working on my Office computer and when I downloaded the scribe file on my own laptop, the extension of the file has been changed. i.e. from SCRIBE to XML. now I am not being able to import that file into Videoscribe.

a .scribe file is actually a .zip file containing 1 or more files including a .xml file.
If you somehow have just the xml file out of the scribe file, you miiiight be able to put the .xml file back in a zip file and then rename the .zip file back to a .scribe file

Hope that helps.
